12 月 28 日由中國日報(bào)社主辦、 21 世紀(jì)英文報(bào)系承辦的 「21 世紀(jì)杯」 全國英語演講比賽遼寧省總決賽于大連市舉行。在我校夏博文老師 （大連王府高級中學(xué)雅思口語教師，國際演講組織 Toastmasters International，美國 UWA 分區(qū)主席） 的精心指導(dǎo)下，我校的郭永臻同學(xué)以優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)獲得遼寧省總決賽高中組冠軍！并將作為高中組唯一選手，代表遼寧省參加全國總決賽！
Hosted by China Daily and sponsored by the 21st Century English Newspaper, the "21st Century Cup" National English Speech Contest Liaoning Province final round took place in Dalian on December 28th. Coached by Mr. Xia Bowen (DRS IELTS speaking teacher, and president of the international public speaking organization Toastmasters International ,UWA Division, USA), Alex Guo won the final round for Liaoning province with his wonderful performance. He will now go on to be the lone representative for Liaoning province at the national level competition.
